For many years, Apple iPad, iPod touch, and iPhone users have all been irritated by how all of the toggles for battery-draining features and Data-Consuming "Quick Toggles".
Though Bigboss's "SBSettings" has solved this for jailbroken iDevices, non-jailbroken devices still have this problem.
Recently a rumor has surfaced about another iOS concept feature called "LockScreen Drawer" The idea was proposed by Jean-Marc Denis on Dribbble. It's Activation is to pull under the LockScreen Clock, and a little tab full of the quick-toggles.
Though this would make a great new feature for iOS 7, Denis has had a connection with Google; He is the developer of Sparrow, an alternative mail client for Mac and iOS. Sparrow was purchased by Google last year, where the creator of this concept currently works as a product designer. Because of his connection to Google, there is a possibility that Apple may not feature this for a while (Due to Apple's clash with Google, the same reason Google Maps and YouTube was Removed from iOS 6 and later)
